kishi is really rushing the series, he should calm down and make things better and more detailed, because naruto really is getting to its end

More importantly madara thinks that he is still strong enough to defeat obito and he has another major trump card.Wonder what it could be and how can he be so confident on going against a ten tail jinchuruki.

We don't know if they are gone unless what he did sealed them, if not they will regenerate.

Obvious a set-up chapter
In a few words:
-Naruto can use senjutsu in Kyuubi mode
-Obito's black thing protects him against senjutustu charged rasengan
-Sasuke sulking and officially becomes like Vegeta seeing as naruto is better atm
-Obito prepares the infinite Tsukuyomi
-Orochimaru and the five kages still lose time who the hell knows where.
